Win-Win Cooperation | Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed Between Shanghai Spectrum and Nantong Chaol
On March 3, 2023, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation was held in Hai'an, Nantong between Spectrum Control Systems (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Spectrum") which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Techmation, and Nantong Chaoli Rolling Machine Producing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nantong Chaoli") . Zhao Feiping who is the chairman of BOD of Nantong Chaoli, Tang Ziqin who is the general manager of Nantong Chaoli, Yu Tianlong who is the operation director of Techmation, Wang Xinping who is the vice-general manager of Techmation, and Lv Xiong who is the general manager of Shanghai Spectrum attended the signing ceremony.
Nantong Chaoli is a well-known professional rolling machine manufacturer in providing all kinds of rolling machines. It is an enterprise listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board of Jiangsu Equity Exchange (code: 695309), and it is honored as a ” Jiangsu Small Giant Enterprise” with specialized business, efficient operation, unique products, and remarkable achievements in innovation. It is a national high-tech enterprise and also a member of Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry.
The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement is the full affirmation of the early cooperation achievements of both parties, and a new start to achieve mutual complementarity in the interest of both parties’ common development. This agreement also lays a good foundation for the subsequent in-depth and comprehensive strategic cooperation between both parties, helping the industry marching towards intelligent and high-end upgrading and transformation, and promoting the construction of the industry standardization.
