Bending Machinery－All Electric Solution

Drawing from the application technology of Japanese bending machines, Techmation has developed an all-electric system solution for bending machines. The solution includes a control system, drivers, servo motors, ball screws, driving pulley and other parts, which can support the control of 3 to 10 axis. The solution adopts Japanese or Taiwan  ball screws with high pushing force, which can be applied to models of 160T at most. Full digital communication (SA bus communication/CAN communication bus) of the control system and drive units ensures excellent control accuracy and stability.

7. A 12/15 inch industrial capacitive screen, which is more friendly and responsive.
8. Optional wattmeter, with digital communication and real-time energy consumption statistics.
