The solution is a combination of the servo driver, the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the internal gear pump, which is remarkably energy-saving with fast response and good control performance. The excellent combination of the servo system and our controllers could realize different control schemes such as multi-axis linkage or simultaneous motion. It could improve the operation efficiency, reduce the energy consumption, and improve the accuracy and stability.

Technical Feature

1. The driver supports multiple control methods including closed loop control of pressure, closed loop control of speed, multistage speed and etc.
2. The driver has its own closed-loop algorithm of pressure, which can automatically adjust the motor speed when the pressure reaches the set value. Compared with other methods that rely on safety valve and  pressure relief valve, it is more energy-saving, accurate and stable.
